At Apothica, our kitchen is plant-based at heart, with a strong focus on clean, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. We build our menu with care, keeping simplicity, quality, and a wide range of dietary needs in mind.
We also offer a small, carefully selected group of vegetarian ingredients — free-range eggs, dairy cheddar, and dairy cream cheese. These are prepared in a designated area of our kitchen, allowing us to continue offering plant-based options with care while being mindful of cross-contamination.
Our team is trained in these practices, and we always welcome conversation. If you have questions, allergies, or simply want help choosing, we’re happy to walk you through the menu so you can order comfortably and confidently.

All of our house-baked items are dairy-free and egg-free, with gluten-free options available.
From time to time, we may feature baked goods sourced from another facility. These items are always clearly labeled so you can make informed choices.
